a question, concern, or of course a claim. We
want to make things easier for you, whether you
have experienced a loss or not.
If you have the unfortunate experience of needing
to report a loss or claim, try to contact your
licensed agent first to ensure it is a covered
loss.
You may also contact the MAX Canada Claims Department
at 1-877-770-7729
extension 216. An experienced
claims adjuster will be pleased to advise you
as to the steps you should take. If the adjuster
is not available, please leave us with some information
including:
- your
name
- where
you live
- your
policy number
- your
agent's name
- a
brief description of your loss
- a telephone number
and a convenient time where you can be reached
- a fax number if you have one
Someone will get back to you
within twenty-four hours. Our office hours are 8:00
a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, Eastern
Time.
